Obviously this is just speculating, but there really is a good possibility that the success of Volquez and Cueto with the organization and how comfortable they are here combined with all of the signings the last couple of years has given the Reds a "name" in the international scouting world that pushes guys our way. I think the experiences of all of these players in the Reds organization from top to bottom is playing a huge role.
