It seems like every year we have a thread where we try to pick a guy in the system flying under the radar and predict a big jump in value. In past years, names like Carlos Fisher, Adam Rosales, Sean Henry and a host of relievers have been the picks. With the minor league forum being such a great place to discuss this stuff, there aren't many minor leaguers who are under the radar anymore. Oh well, I thought I'd give it a shot anyway.

My Picks: Pitchers Matt Fairel and Jeremy Horst and OF Alex Oliveras.

I'm tempted to name Danny Dorn since he isn't on many prospect lists, but I don't really consider him a sleeper.
