Understandable. But that just is what works best.
And it can be as little as 20 minutes twice a day. The key is that you don't get your heart rate up too high for too long a period. That's what triggers the change in metabolism.
And as I said, it's not really the best program for you, just the best way to lose weight. Yours sounds much healthier overall.
