Finished it about a 2 weeks ago. I dropped about 10-15 pounds and got in great aerobic shape. It will kick you butt pretty much every episode. Just when you think that you got the hang of it and its going to get easier you start with the max video's and it gets even tougher.
Follow a diet religiously would be my only advice. The workouts are great but the real results are dependent on dieting.
