I'm pretty sure that issue is not possible unless you are suggesting that the balls will be placed in the incorrect zone. It should be pretty easy to determine where the ball was caught irrespective of the fielder's position. At that point, it's just math. Really, that's the advantage of a system like UZR -- removing the subjectivity.

Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.
