The thing is with the NL central only being a 2 horse race, you really have no idea how many wins it will take.

Could the cards win 93-94? Probably.

Could they also go on a bad losing streak and end up only winning like 85 games? Possible as well.

I like this scenario better then being in the NL East or West, in those divisions even if one team falls off (Padres or Braves) another team or two could make a huge run and still win the division with 90 some wins. In our case if STL goes on a drought and we dont we are in great shape.
