The fans of Florida have proven to be awful professional baseball fans up to this point, and sadly I don't think that's going to change once the novelty of a new stadium wears off.
I definitely don't see them selling out on a regular basis by any means. But they seem to believe strongly that by moving into this largely latino neighborhood they'll be able to increase attendance. Plus, I believe it's more accessible to the other portions of the Miami metro area.
