The Lions need to keep Matthew Stafford's blindside clean to keep him healthy. Smith "has the potential to develop into a top-flight left tackle in the NFL."
// Side note - I hoped Green would fall to here. While the Lions need help on defense and the OL, re-uniting Green with Stafford while teaming up with Megatron could make Detroit very dangerous.
