I'd consider 3 hours well w/n driving distance, assuming you weren't trying to get there and back in the same day. Get up and on the road at 9:00 in the morning, get to your desitination around lunch time. You have all day and all day the next to enjoy your destination, then pack up and leave early in the morning to make another 3-4 hour drive to Cincy for the concert.
