February 19 - Pitchers, Catchers and Injured Players (Voluntary)
February 24 - Position Players (Voluntary)
March 2 - All Players (Mandatory)
March 2nd or 3rd - Spring Training games begin.

I saw this scrolled on MLB Network.

I guess this means that a player does not HAVE to report until March 2nd.
