As for getting the service you "pay" for a higher end groceries--yes! insist on it! If you're paying a premium price for groceries/whatever, you have a right to good service. Just be realistic and kind about what you expect, please. We'll help you to your car, but unloading it at home and cooking it for you isn't an option, sorry.
