Madson/Draft question
With Madson being a Type A FA, wouldn't the Reds lose their 2nd round pick if they signed him?
Top 15 picks are protected IIRC, so they wouldn't lose their first rounder. Still kind of unclear on the new rules.
If so, wouldn't that explain why the Reds are probably putting their eggs in the CoCoBasket?
