I guess it comes down to your league's scoring format. If strikeouts are penalized at -.5 or more, I think you'd be better off looking elsewhere and trying to snag Stanton later.
No penalty for strikeouts.
But the more I look at it- maybe I'm better off getting Pedroia and then I can get either Stanton or McCutchen or Hamilton at 25.
That 25% strikeout rate is a bit concerning for Stanton.
If you're watchin' a parade, make sure you stand in one spot, don't follow it, it never changes. And if the parade is boring, run in the opposite direction, you will fast-foward the parade. --Mitch Hedberg
