Pretty fair, I'd say. I don't think there's much doubt, though, that Hoover is a Grade C, according to the definition. And in my estimation--again, by the definition--Lutz is well ahead of Yorman. I might also consider Barnhart a Grade C, due to his defense.
I think that Soto is knocking on the door of the B level.
It appears that you're restricting the list to 10 guys, right? Seems to me that, if you're defining the categories, you may as well include whoever fits that definition. That would likely put you over 10, but not by too much.
