You can understand how a college lefty with a killer fastball overpowers high A... not so much a guy who's had injuries and surgery derail the past 3 years of his career while hanging on by a thread to his prospect status.
Through April, Cingrani was #1 and Lotzkar was #2 in the league in ERA. Jake Snodgrass jumped ahead of Lotzkar for #2 with his first start in May though, so Lotzkar entered today at #3 in the league in ERA.
