Re: Meso/Grandal question as it relates to Hanigan
I like Mesaraco and think he has big upside. It wasn't that long ago that many on here were talking about his potential as a middle of the order type of bat. As far as who would you rather have traded, it is a question we can't know the answer to. San Diego might not have completed the deal for Devin.
As with Hanigan he has obviously been incredibly important to this team this year. And will be valuable for at least a couple of more years. My only concern there is if Mesaraco will be able to develop in the back up role. I question how great the decision to let him play in the ML while not getting many at bats.
