I would say that Castellini should open the wallet to sign him. Yes we are a small market team and yes we are nearing the limit of our salary. But with Ludwick likely leaving and Rolen likely retiring, you have a little money to work with (yes I know Votto's escalates to 17M). But with Hamilton, you probably could get some extra revenue from attendance, jerseys, autographs, and other events that could help cover some of his cost. Also, Bronson is likely to retire in a season or two so that money could go towards our young SPs or Hamilton. I know it is a long shot, but it could be outweighed by revenue and bring a championship to Cincy
