Seriously, if I was to look it up (and I might), is it Bing-els, Bang-els or Ben-gels?

Chem... rhymes with "I need to
hem my slacks," or "What a gross piece of
Phlegm little Johnny coughed up this morning."
As opposed to Kim, which rhymes with Tim, Slim, Jim, etc.
The Bengals are the Bengals. Not the Bingles, or the Bangles. Although during the 90s I would have preferred that the Bengals were the Bangles.
It's all relative though, once Rich Gannon starts talking about Andy Dalton and the Bengals
OWWW-fence.
