I think the Angels are stockpiling mediocre to average arms. But you certainly can't fault them for being inactive. I think the Angels will be a much better team than the Dodgers next year, but who knows, if the Dodgers stay healthy and some of their veterans bounce back, both of these teams could be juggernauts. I think it's more likely both win around 90-some games, make the playoffs as a Wild Card, and get bounced by a deeper, younger team.
