Also with changing demographics and such in the US, I don't think there is a whole lot of growth for Baseball overall, it is what it is. The Reds rule the summer in the Ohio valley, while in LA I think the Dodgers will be the Dodgers while the Angels will not grow but actually shrink.

When I saw that, it made me wonder if that's why the Angels are spending money out they wazoo the last couple off seasons-to compete with the $$$$ the Dodgers are putting out on the table. Hmm.. (I guess the Angels always have been second fiddle to the Dodgers, sort of like the way the White Sox and Mets are.)
