Well, let's be fair. Miggy doesn't need one either. Sure, he's made a lot less than Scott over the years, but Cairo is STILL a multimillionaire. Comparing him to the even bigger multimillionaires isn't exactly a glimpse into the poor house that is Cairo's life.
