I agree to a point, but he seems to think they shouldn't be tracked. The snarkiness he shows during these discussions really is too much for me.
Agree with everything here. I almost always side with BK, but he can come across as condescending even though I don't think he means to. The old-school crowd is predisposed to viewing the new-school as slide rule toting know-it-alls and BK plays right into that stereotype. In fairness, I think it is an act for ratings as is much of HR's baloney.
