I'll take Winker as the best position player in the entire organization, over Hamilton (circus act) and Ervin (like the guy, just need to see more, lets talk this time next year). I think the Bruce comp is fair for Winker, but I see slightly less raw power with maybe a higher batting average.
Slightly off topic, but I've been wondering about this since I was at a Dragon's game last week - Gelalich has one home run all year. I'll admit not knowing a whole lot about him but the guy at least looks like he would have power (not a Derrick Robinson/Billy Hamilton type) but does he not or is it an oddity? I feel like he was touted as a pretty decent hitter coming out of last years draft. I really have no idea what type of player he profiles as so if someone could fill me in I'd appreciate it.
