In the Red's front office and on RZ, Jack Hannahan. Guy can't hit a lick, but everyone seems not to notice.
Ellsbury is an odd pick. If he's rated highly it's because he has a skill set that's pretty rare these days. He's an up-the-middle player who gets on base and steals effectively.
I'd peak into my bank account for that. My reservation is that he's going to be 30 and the speed will start to wane.
