The guy is not the hitter he was last year. I don't care that he's 20. He's over a year in now and for all the attention and hype and "Lebron of baseball talk" and embodiment of the game that scouts said he would be he is not even close. He's an average ballplayer who has not made strides as a defender. Add to that the fact that he's made of glass and can't go a week without getting dinged and missing time and I think it's easy to see he has a LONG way to go as a player
He's actually having a better offensive season this year than last. Defensively he's been banged up. I think he's having a very nice season and it's one befitting of a young star.
