Regarding Schramek:

I think the announcement of Schramek as a pitcher was a mistake. I checked UTSA's stats for the last two years and he has NOT pitched for them.
He was the Southland POY and he seems to have a good idea of what he is doing at the plate. He walks about the same as he K's, he gets HBP at a Corky Miller like rate, and he hit 400 with some pop.
Regarding Edens:

The book on him from BBA is that he is a short righty who throws in the mid 90s. The project him as a reliever. His college stats, in a tough conference, indicate he has solid command to go with his top-notch velocity.
With his stats and the way he lights up the gun, I am guessing he would have been a solid 1st rounder if he were 6'4" instead of 5'11".
