I watched the premiere of "Robot Chicken" last week. It was mostly parodies -- the easiest kind of comedy to write. The show's hook is that it uses stop-motion animation of toys, dolls, and action figures that we all grew up with. It was somewhat funny, but nowhere near as good as the other shows on Adult Swim.
