If reality bites, then Phillies outfielder Bobby Abreu needs a rabies shot.

Seems Abreu's fiancée — Alicia Machado, a former Miss Universe and Miss Venezuela — was filmed having sex with another man on "La Granja," a Mexican reality TV show, the Philadelphia Daily News reported.

Added the News' Marcus Hayes: "Abreu declined to comment on the matter, besides confirming that the relationship is over."
