Here in Indiana we don't touch our clocks, except in a few counties in the region arounf Chicago, Louisville, and I think Cincinnati, but My Man Mitch Daniels has started the ball rolling for clock reform
Somehow they are working in a plan to allow each county to decide whether to be on Eastern or Centralall year round. I haven't really followed it- since they don't actually change true time. I am in Terre Haute and this county is looking at Eastern, but the counties directly north and south will go Central. What a mess. Nice job, Mitch.
