Yep. The photo in that link is from the Starsky and Hutch premiere.
As for the weight thing, does anybody think it's weird that Chris had famous parents AND famous siblings, none of whom (in my memory) were ever overweight?
I don't say that to pick on him. It's just highly unusual.
