Bengals appearing on the cover of SI are few and far between. Here are the one's I can think of off the top of my head:

1968 - Paul Brown
1981 - Cris Collinsworth
1987 - Boomer Esiason
1989 - Ickey Woods
2006 - Carson Palmer

I'm sure I'm missing some, and I'm not sure about the year for the Boomer cover. Did he have two?
