Spieth and Watson are quite an odd final pair.
Spieth is who the golf world needs to add a strong young player to the sport. If Bubba gets a second jacket, he secures for himself a solid place in golf history.

There is not really anyone that I wouldn't mind see winning out of the leaders. Maybe Jimenez. And I really have nothing against him either.
Jordan lost his mojo at the turn and nobody found the back-9 magic. There weren't to be roars this year.
Congrats to Bubba, I guess.
All models are wrong. Some of them are useful.
Yep. The first couple of hours of tv were pretty good, but the Back 9 just didn't have it's usual magic. It was incredibly boring for the Masters and easily the most boring Masters I've ever seen. On the bright side, Bubba is on my fantasy golf team so it wasn't all bad.

Bubba's driver made it tough on those guys. When he's not missing fairways he's going to be tough to catch.

A huge congratulations to Bubba Watson on being only the second Lefty in history to win two Majors.

Back 9 didn't have drama because Bubba was unflappable down the stretch. He got a little lucky with his drive on 13 that skirted everything and ended up in pristine condition but other than that he hit the shots he needed to. It was fun watching his shot than then Speith's reaction when he couldn't put the ball inside of Bubba.
Ratings were way down this year, so seems like viewers agreed it wasn't all that exciting. This looks like the lowest rated Masters as far back as I can see, which is 2002. Yeah, Tiger matters...... a lot. And no Phil on the weekend didn't help either.

One of my brothers is a Marshall on hole 5 at the Players. I asked what takes for him to get to 17 and he said, "Years".
