I think the question of did the Reds pick the correct catcher to keep in the Latos deal is being answered before us, especially if Grandal gets hit with another suspension.

I'd be surprised if he gets hit with another on the usage. Lying to the league? Maybe.

Maybe if he convinces himself he didn't lie, he can pull a Costanza: "It's not a lie if you believe it."

Was the usage clearly attributed to the same instance? Just curious about the timing. It seems that if it wasn't he would be eligible for a second suspension, and a more severe one at that.

I agree. The only real show on that network that just does it's story and does not resort to yelling or Boo Yeahs!

Unsure, but the positive test was announced at the end of last year. So I guess if his test was from April and they have receipts from September 2012, maybe.

Google the issue and you can read for hours.

Heres a fun read about the loss of their journlistic status:

SportsCenter paid too much attention to Tebow, ok. That doesn't invalidate the Outside the Lines reporters as legitimate journalists.

I could always tell Everth Cabrera was on the juice. I mean, just look at him.

We already know Grandal is on it. The question would they consider his recent suspension as his pennance or would this be strike 2 and cost him 100 games? Since he just came off his 50 gamer, that would virtually be an entire season lost to PEDs.

    Walt's a genious.

Yeah that story is silly. Not a single part of it shows how anything ESPN actually does report is inaccurate.

No one disagrees ESPN likes to editorialize content. But editorializing and actually being inaccurate on reports are two very different things.

Is it bad to have some hopes that Molina would be on that list?
I mean....it was just begging for him to be on it.
