Apparently Lance Lynn lost 40 pounds this off season. No longer can he be mixed in with Prince Fielder and David Wells category of "fitness".

In other news, Lance Lynn looks either lost or on some sort of crazy drug in that picture.
I'm always a bit skeptical when I hear of an athlete dropping that much weight in an off season, which really is a short amount of time. Yes you're dropping bodyfat, but you also will end up losing a certain amount of muscle mass.Originally Posted by MikeThierry

I agree with that. It's going to be interested to see if it ends up hurting him. That said, I think one of the problems with Lynn last year was he got winded down the stretch and one of the issues was his weight problems.
