A specialist says Jarvis Jones neck injury is a non issue. Expect him to stay somewhere in the top 10 picks. This according to the National Football Post.

Vikings acquire Seahawks 1st round pick and additional picks for Percy Harvin.

Seattle's offense could be really good.

If he's healthy, they should be on of the SB favorites this year.....he's a game changer for sure.

Not really draft news but Wes Welker will be catching passes from Peyton Manning in 2012. I am not sure what the salary cap issues were but I think New England is going to regret letting him get away.

They will find someone cheaper and who will put up similiar numbers.
When I see the 2016 Reds, I see a 100 loss team and no direction.

They tried for a few weeks last yr to reduce Welkers role and it didn't work out very well. Bad move overall by the Pats to let Welker go over basically 2 million dollars.

I was under the impression that Welker was seeking a 'long' term deal......2years = long? He basically signed on to play catch with Peyton, then look for another deal.

Amendola to the Pats, 5yrs 31 million. 4yrs younger and more explosive than Welker, however the kid can't stay healthy. But if I am the Pats I make that switch every day.

He's 32 years old, I doubt a longer deal was out there for him, at least not one where he wouldn't be very likely cut after the first 2 years anyway. Pats signed Amendola, riskier, but if it works, for them it's almost like a Welker of 5 years ago do-over.
