    I may be way off, but this could have been Hal's way of getting Eaton's name in the paper, as he is local Dayton product (Springfield, Ohio to be exact). I'm not claiming Hal has ulterior motives, but it could have been a slow news day, and this was a way to throw his name out there...

    Just a thought.
