    World Baseball Classic

I have found the WBC to be very exciting this time around. Watching these guys play, they seem to have a want and an excitement to be be there, specially the Dominicans. They are playing baseball like it is a game and not a job. I would be in baseball heaven if it was played that way for 162 games every year!!!!

I'd rather listen to Kelch read the phone book than suffer through Thom Brennaman's attempt to make every instance on the field the most important event since the discovery of manned space flight. -westofyou

    Re: World Baseball Classic

I have really enjoyed it as well, and haven't followed it in the past. I love USA Baseball, as I live near the stadium in Cary NC so go to many of the college USA games each summer. Watching the foreign teams style of play, the fans and their baseball culture behind it is a lot of fun to see. It is a lil annoying to me to hear the vavuzalas (sic) on tv, btu the energy the fans bring is amazing.
