That kind of ticks me off. Why not go back to all the e-mail entries that got denied the first time?

It's not like these are extras. They allot a certain amount for season ticket holders, then sponsors, then internet users, then etc., then window (I'm sure there are others).

It's their way of making sure everyone gets a shot. I'd say it's fair.

Folks are asking $100 for SRO tix on stubhub.

Issue becomes evaluating the number of people in the line before being the 376th guy, would REALLY suck to wait for a few hours and not get a ticket...

At those prices, it almost makes more sense to buy a small season ticket package and sell off the rest of the tickets.

Or sell your Opening Day tix and almost have the rest of the year free.

Only other time I have dealt with this was when I had UNC season tix and folks would offer over 1k for dook game tix. Never sold, btw...

I was going to do that this year but uncertainties with my work schedule made me chicken out. Now it's too late.

That's exactly what I do. I used to buy Opening Day tickets on stub hub but figured out that I was paying more than the cost of the Power Pack. So, I've ended up buying a power pack the last three years.

I can KINDA see why they do this...it makes sure that that you have to REALLY want em to get em, and makes it more likely people from Cincinnati get them (as opposed to brokers also in the lottery). It does kinda suck for us out of towners...

Has anyone done this in past years? Will getting there around 3-4 am get you tickets. I don't mind getting there super early but I wouldn't want to spend the night or anything like that.
