I think we will have just enough time to get to 40. Next year I will try to start it earlier. No runoffs in these last four. If there is a tie, I am flipping a coin. Opening Day is right around the corner. Time for some real baseball. Yay!

I am sticking with Selsky for the duration. Does he have question marks? Sure. Just like everyone else at this point in time.

Selsky, because he hits and I think is a bit more electable here than Juan Perez, who should be a top-40er in my view.

texdave, could we add Sean Lucas next time? He just received a very positive report from Keith Law. Was a 25th rounder last year out of Albany who pitched well for Billings in relief: 24 K and only 3 BB in 24 IP, with a .958 WHIP. Finished the year with a few appearances in Dayton.

Devin Lohman- 3rd rounder who can be a major league player. We should go until we get to the TOP 50 prospects, we can continue it thru April.

Here's where it gets very tough for me. Selsky, Vincej, Partch, Perez, Kivel, Ravin, and Phipps all get consideration from me here, but I'm going to go with Kivel for having arguably the most potential of anybody left.

I'm OK with ending it at 40.

We are already seeing guys rankings impacted by their performance in spring training. Once the real games start, they will be impacted even more. These rankings are supposed to be based on their performance through 2012, not what they do in March/April of 2013.

James Allen, just to throw another name into the mix. Don't know much about his stuff, but I like his numbers: Dayton, 2012: 113.2 innings/99H/ 6 HRs/ 95 to 32 K to W/ 1.15 WHIP. 2011 Billings: 28.2 innings / 21 H / 0 HR / 39 to 5 K to W. I assume he'll start the year at Bakersfield; looks like he's worth keeping an eye on to me.
