This season is going to be a much tougher dogfight than last year was. I think people are way too overconfident going in to this season.
Everything went right for the Reds last year. They drastically outperformed their pythag. It is not going to happen again this year.
The Reds will face a little more adversity this year in terms of injuries and players not having career years. Frazier and Ludwick will disappoint. The Reds won't have the Astros to beat up on this year. The Cubs are getting better. The Brewers are improved. The landscape is tougher this year than last.
The Cardinals will take the division with 94 wins.
Get ready for a six-month battle. This season is not going to be a cake walk -- it is going to be a war.
