Fastball sitting at 93mph and he's thrown at least one changeup at 82mph...most are 84-85, but 93 to 82 is a huge drop.

If Florida Gulf Coast is in Dunk City, the Reds are in Firstpitchswingingnati.

Did Weaver just throw to first with Frazier standing on the bag?

Frazier owns the first Reds' base hit of 2013!

    Cozie pops out to right.

It appeared Pujols wasn't expecting it.

Whipping Boy? Early favorites are, in order: Leake, Ludwick, Parra, Bailey, Mesoraco, Broxton and Cozart.
Dark horse candidates: BP, Frazier, Choo, Arroyo & Bruce

Candidates that would REALLY have to stink it up to become a whipping boy on Redszone: Latos, Cueto, Hoover, Marshall, Chapman, and Hanigan

Player who will NOT be the whipping boy no matter what happens: Votto

Whipping Man? Baker... no matter what the results are.

Weaver's slider is looking like Nuke Laloosh...I think he's gonna hit the mascot!

I'm guessing the board has already picked Leake.

If Mez gets off to a hot start, people will probably be clamoring to get Hannigan benched.

Ludwick is also a good candidate if he doesn't start hot (was the whipping boy at the beginning of last year).

Bruce and Cozart would really have to stink bad.. the board generally loves those guys. Not saying it's not deserved, just an observation.
[Phil ] Castellini celebrated the team's farm system and noted the team had promising prospects who would one day be great Reds -- and then joke then they'd be ex-Reds, saying "of course we're going to lose them". #SellTheTeamBob
