    All the stats in the world don't tell you as much as the eye test about Jay Bruce.

    Clearly a headcase with RISP. Clearly can't handle getting 2 strikes. Clearly will always swing at that breaking off speed pitch.

    And he's also a productive player. So was Paul O'Neill. And we ran him out of town too.

    No one is saying he is not a good player or we want to run him out of town.

    I do not agree with Vottomatic on much.....but he clearly is seeing the same thing I am.
