i just hope Jacoby is on a short leash because the hitting focus of this team is not there.. No plan when at the plate..

That's what I have been trying to say.....but everything is a personal attack on the sainthood of Bruce. Year 4 of this and I am fed up with not being allowed to voice some problem with the guy.

    Day-O.

I read the other day it's like the 25th or 30th anniversary of Beetlejuice.

Is what he is. Accepted it two years ago. Good, productive player who won't ever be what we desire him to be. We kind of hold it against him for being good, but not great.
Rounding third and heading for home...

Because Bruce has done nothing to show he's inconsistent this year. Nobody has shown anything. We've played less than 2 games.

Joey Votto...hitless on the year. Is this a slump? Uh, no.

Killer schedule or not, they can't afford to boot the ball around and throw belt-high fastballs with runners on base.

These early games count just as much as the ones in August.

Between the Reds blowing a 4-0 lead and RZ constantly freezing up, I can understand the frustration some are experiencing. I don't have issues with any other site. What's the deal with this one?

Really high traffic right now. And they changed to a new server in the off-season. Worked really great...until the game threads fired up. Same thing happened last year and BossHog tweeked some things IIRC and got things running smoothly again.

2 outs and only 8th inning I guess. Maybe try feel he will be used in a higher percentage situation?
Yes that was a very impressive infield single. I thought for a second it was leaving the yard. - texasdave 10/13/12

I do not know how I was ever able to watch baseball since 1972 and playing it through college for 15 years....without relying on only stats to enjoy the game.....or see when someone has trouble at a certain task.
