Wild guess is he pitches through Pujols, then Parra will be on hand for Hamilton, then someone else for Trumbo.

Nice start by Arroyo against a tough lineup.
Dusty pitches guys to their roles, regardless of the situation. I've give up on hoping he'll use Broxton/Champan before their designated inning or role presents itself. Phillips with a hell of a play to save a run.

This Simon move makes no sense to me. This is not the time to get Simon work. Simon will pitch to Pujols?

Great play Phillips, Dusty this guy shouldn't be pitching.

Excessive? If that's how people feel, they should express it. That's what RedsZone is for.

He gets plenty of praise when he does well; right now fans are unhappy that he's leaving men on base and saying so. That's the way it goes in baseball.

Agreed. Dusty's trying to get away with something this inning.

Cozart has more pop ups this game than Votto has had in the last two years.

I agree. The game threads haven't been much fun so far, and it's probably why my "ignore list" keeps growing.

Pujols looks like it's late September and he's not had a day off in two months. He just looks rough.

I think it is because this early in the season there are so many people in the game thread. A half a dozen posters post one thing each about Bruce and it just seems like a lot more than it really is. I don't think any one poster has been excessive. I could be wrong.
Zero chance the Reds miss the playoffs!
