In some t ball leagues with youngsters they let the entire team bat each inning so the last batter and the runners on base at the time run all the way around and score automatically to end the inning. That seems to me to be what is happening since the coach sends the runners before the ball is thrown away and then he walks to dugout.
I love the mom laughing and not worrying about how serious the child is or isn't.
