They look an awful lot alike, IMO, with the gloves. Or at least not as bad as the hand-wringing became in the off-season.

They're certainly better than St. Louis or Milwaukee in the division.
It was more intended as a general comment, not an indictment of a glaring weakness. Frankly, I'm often concerned about things that aren't warranted. I hope that's the case this time, too.

I think tonight will be a big indicator of the type of success we'll have this year. If Homer has taken another step forward, I think we might have the best team in baseball.
I may not be fast, but I sure am slow.

If Homer took that step forward we will be the Big Red Juggernaut. 3 Ace types and 2 solid innings eaters paired with a potent lineup. Yikes.

I just can't put that much faith into one game. Maybe after May and he hasn't put it together, then sure.
...the 2-2 to Woodsen and here it comes...and it is swung on and missed! And Tom Browning has pitched a perfect game! Twenty-seven outs in a row, and he is being mobbed by his teammates, just to the thirdbase side of the mound.

Don't mess with the baseball gods.
