I"m not sure what you definition of "radical" is, but moving a "Bruce type" hitter from 5 to 8 in the bating order after 4 bad games is my very definition of "radical".

What I would consider "not radical" is flip flopping Bruce and Frazier if a lefty was starting.

If a manager managed like that, moving Bruce to 8th after 4 bad games, every player would leave when they hit FA.

There is a reason why zero managers manage like that.

I don't think you manage a line up based on a "type" of hitter someone is. You manage a line up based upon "what" are you doing...what is your tendency right now. Agree to disagree.

As excited as I get by the Choo acquisition and the pitching staff and the fact that we have the best hitter in baseball, Cozart tonight is the perfect example of what is so special about this team.
