Brodie Greene is likely out for the year. Valor is filling in for a team that simply needs bodies.

I don't know if you saw it or not, but he certainly tweeted it.

Jon Moscot is also being promoted, but he is going to Pensacola.

Seems like the Reds were not happy with their orginal roster for Pensacola and have been applying a bandaid every three weeks.

The Blue Wahoos put Shaun Ellis on the DL. Moscot was probably promoted to be roster filler.

    Josh Ravin up to AAA.

Guess he thinks he should have gotten the call instead of Villareal. He's probably right.

The entire transaction went like this. El"hajj Muhammad to the DL. Shane Dyer replaced him. Chris Berset came off DL. Nick O'Shea was released.
Quoting this old post to ask a question. Muhammad was off to a really strong start and went to the DL with little discussion. Over 2 months later, he's still sidelined. What is his injury exactly and when is he supposed to be back? He was looking like a possible pen piece for 2014. Had he stayed healthy he'd probably be in AA now and within reach of the big leagues at some point next year. Is that out the window now? Is he a guy who could come back and get innings in the AFL?

I believe it was a groin strain. It wasn't arm related at all. 95% sure it was a groin, but it could have been a hammy.

A summer watching a bad Reds' team, is still a pretty good summer.
