Game over. Hope we've seen the last of Cozart in the two hole. We play StL 19 times?

I'm so glad this is a part of the game thread now.

We did not lose this game due to the strikeouts. We clearly lost this game due to durl. :O)

offense went into the tank and the cards jumped on an average pitcher, easy win for them

Tomorrow we will see Hanahan, Izturis, Heisey (he owns Westbrook right?) and Mesoraco (which is needed at this point).

    Lineup of

    Choo
    Heisey
    Votto
    Phillips
    Bruce
    Izturis
    Hanahan
    Mesoraco
    Bailey
    ?

    We shall see!

I don't think you're giving Adams enough credit. He has been great all spring long and just can't find any playing time due to being blocked at 1B. If you look at his minor league numbers, he's a legit power bat. He isn't in the category of the Bo Hart's of the world. He is a perfect weapon for the Cardinals coming off the bench, just like tonight.

Arroyo has only been so-so thus far let's hope this isn't "2011" Arroyo.

    It's been 2 starts.

One starter has gone 7...Cueto in game 1.

The Cardinals pitchers were all over the strike zone in this game, with quality placement in the zone, and it didn't matter who was in there. No one was going to get hits off that.
