It is awful, but somewhere at home I have a Jason Larue John Deere hideous trucker hat that I think is worse!

But this comment is just ignorant. You ever been to OTR? I'm out of place without one on, and I love OTR...and don't consider many of their residences or business owners dbags.
I assure you anyone wearing a fedora in OTR, from any of the social groups represented there, did not get their plastic fedoras for free at a sporting event.

Fedora? No thank you. But if the Reds wanted to tie in with Oktoberfest Zinzinnati, maybe a Tiroler hat would work.

I'm not sure if you are aware, but Cincinnati allegedly has the largest Oktoberfest celebration outside of Munich. It's a pretty huge fest where the city closes many of the streets near Fountain Square and gets over 500,000 people attending. Yes, people to bust out their dirndln and lederhosen for it, but that's what makes it fun. They do the same thing at the Oktoberfest in Munich, and I'm pretty sure no one complains about the Bavarians being too cliche.

I knew about the Oktoberfest in Cincinnati and how big it is... Bavaria is not Germany so yes those clothes are very popular in bavaria at special events because of the tradition etc.
but you won´t see guys in other parts of germany wearing those kind of clothes regularly... so it fits the bavarian cliche, but not really the german

Well, the other German stereotype for parties is to dress in black and listen to techno, but that wouldn't be an Oktoberfest, that would be a rave.

Pirates have released their designs for this year's Free Shirt Fridays. Most of them are pretty awesome. However, I'd like to draw your attention to these magical words:

    May 22nd vs. Mets

To be designed by A.J. Burnett

I'll be sure to keep an eye out for the release of this monumental design.

The only way the Reds can counter and reclaim their mojo within the division is to allow Todd Frazier to design something in response.

Big shoulder pads and pinstripes are required.
